About Sakofall:
Sakofall, founded in 2014 by Tom Sakofall, is not just a real estate company; we also have a passion for creating homes and communities that reflect “the countryside way of living.” With roots in Dalarna, we build not just houses, but lifestyles – filled with security, community, and quality.
We manage the projects ourselves, from the initial ideas to completion – purchasing and construction processes to sales and customer support. This allows us to deliver high quality and ensure that our buyers and tenants enjoy their new, beautiful homes and premises.
Our business idea is based on three main areas of operation: management, project development, and production. By having overall control from idea to completion, we ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness at every stage.
We currently have 11 employees and had a turnover of 100 million SEK in 2024, with the goal of doubling our turnover in 2025.

About the Position:
As a property manager with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you are the spider in the web for our properties – from daily operations to strategic development. Our properties are currently mainly located in Dalarna, but we are expanding to more locations, which means the position includes some travel.
In your role, you will have close contact with our tenants and ensure smooth and professional communication in everything from rentals to maintenance requests. You always strive to deliver high service and create satisfied tenants, where their experience of the property and the interaction is the focus. However, you can leave your tool belt at home – here your focus will be on:
• Deviation management, maintenance planning, and energy efficiency
• Financial follow-up, budgeting, and supplier agreements
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation in our property system
• Managing external property caretakers and contractors to always guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness
• Being a flexible team player who is ready to support where needed – we are a growing company and we help each other!
Who are you:
We are looking for someone who thinks modernly, enjoys digitalization, and is skilled at documenting, structuring, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
We would like you to have worked for a few years in a real estate company with similar tasks. Even though the position does not involve carpentry and repairs, we appreciate a solution-oriented person who enjoys working operationally, is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and has a good sense of what needs to be done.
As a person, you are unpretentious, flexible, and can communicate at all levels, which you are also passionate about.
You have a valid driver's license and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
